Presentation Guideline
Oral Presentations
The optimal format in PowerPoint is 16:9 (widescreen).
Oral presenters need to upload their materials in the session rooms at least 15 minutes prior to the starting time of their sessions, preferably during a refreshment break.
Each oral presentation is 20 minutes in length. The presenter is suggested to give a presentation for 15 minutes and leave 5 minutes for questions.

Poster Presentations
Presenters need to prepare ePosters on a screen display with a JPG file with 1080x1920 pixel (Width x Height) with preferably 72 DPI. The JPG file can be stored at a USB flash drive beforehand and brought to the conference venue to save on the ePoster screen devices. Presenters (excluding virtual attendees) are required to stand at their posters during the sessions on the presentation dates.
